Plumber in Jumeirah
We cover Jumeirah 1, 2 and 3, the villas either side of Jumeirah Beach Road, and the streets running back towards Al Wasl.
This is old villa stock by Dubai standards, and much of it was first plumbed in galvanised steel. Scale narrows that pipe from the inside over decades until the bore carries a fraction of what it was cut for. The symptom is a shower that faded so slowly nobody can date it, and the cure is replacing the run, not fitting a bigger pump.
The garden is the other half of the job. Irrigation lines, hose bibs and the buried run from the meter to the house all sit under lawn, driveway or paving. A leak there never reaches the kitchen ceiling. It shows as one square metre of grass greener than the rest, a water bill that climbed for no reason, or a meter that turns at three in the morning.
Roof tanks need looking at too. A float that seats badly wastes water through the overflow all summer, quietly, on a roof nobody visits.
